On the way up to Apple Orchard Falls.

 

While Dave was here we all went for a 4 mile hike up to Apple Orchard Falls. It was a tough hike, but lots of fun! I carried Gustav on my back and Gus carried Callie. Here they are taking a rest near the top!

 

Our friend Dave came up from Florida to visit us for a long weekend. Here he is with Gustav!

 

Gustav is getting so big! Isn' he cute?

 

Callie LOVES ballet. She puts her tu-tu on all the time and dances around.

 

Callie's favorite game!

 

Callie's newest favorite game is to take all of the toys out of the toybox and get in it and close the lid. Then she calls for Gustav "Gustav, I'm waiting!" and Gustav opens the lid and peeks in at her.

 

Gus had a boquet of 30 red roses waiting for me on our table at Metro! (our favorite restaurant here.) The four of us went out to dinner on my birthday and Meg babysat the kids.

 

My mom and dad (nonna and nonno) came to visit for my birthday. Here they are with the kids on our deck.

 

My 30th Birthday! Callie helped me blow out the candles. Notice the wine glass that says "OLD" on it :)
